Nichesolutions has added a new range to their brewing aids – NWB. Suitable for most brewing processes, NWB is a blend of powders for liquor treatment. Used to adjust calcium levels, NWB will adapt the chloride/sulphate balance, which will affect the flavour of the beer and improve the performance of Finiche Isinglass finings.
