At the moment there’s a widespread trend toward producing drier beers, and many of our customers have been discussing and asking us about the use of enzymes to ease the process.

There are many ways to achieve that ultra-desirable extra dryness, including the use of adjuncts, pure sugars and longer mash schedules – but the popular method that’s really taking off at the moment is using enzymes.

Our CraftZYM range makes for a dry beer with the fullest malt and adjunct flavours possible, which can provide a more balanced profile. You can add our CraftZYM products in the brewhouse or in the cellar, and in different dosages to suit your particular taste. All of the products come with full guidelines for use.
