Perfectly suited for fermenting New England IPAs, Hazy Pale Ales, Hazy IPAs, Hazy Double IPAs, Juicy IPAs. It produces a well-balanced tropical ester with some residual sweetness with a hazy appearance. Alcohol tolerance: 9-11% ABV.
This dried ale yeast is of Belgian origin. Selected for its ability to ferment Belgian style beers, it can produce fruity and spicy flavours. Depending on the temperature of fermentation, a range of aromas can be produced from darker fig notes through to lighter tropical and banana. Typically suited to Belgian beers of all colours.
