An important update from NicheSolutions to all of our customers, in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
In these unprecedented times for businesses and individuals across the country, we would like to reassure our brewery customers and those in the janitorial/hygiene sector that our deliveries of staple supplies are continuing unabated by the present crisis.
We are currently working with a skeleton staff devoted to maintaining production and vital supplies to business partners. In doing so, we are able to follow all the guidelines set out by the government, without any further risk to the health and safety of our colleagues, customers or the wider community.
If your brewery or other business has been forced to scale down or close production in the short term, we will be here with all your usual supplies as soon as restrictions are lifted. Our phones are manned, our warehouse and delivery staff ready for your orders. As usual, we’re here to help with any enquiry.

Delivery Changes
Update to Our Delivery Charges
We’d like to inform our customers of an upcoming update to our delivery terms, effective 5th January 2026.
Due to continued increases in transport and logistics costs, we have reviewed our delivery structure to ensure we can maintain a reliable and efficient service while continuing to offer value wherever possible.
Updates:
Free delivery will now apply to orders over £450 (excl. VAT)
Standard delivery will be made within 3 working days
Next working day delivery will be available at a cost of £75 (excl. VAT)
AM delivery, when requested, will incur a fee of £50 (excl. VAT) per order
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands are price upon application
These changes allow us to continue working with trusted carriers and maintain the level of service and reliability you expect from us.

Niche Solutions GB Christmas Shutdown 2025
As from 12pm Friday 22nd December our offices and factory will be closed for our annual Christmas and New Year Shutdown, this shutdown will continue until 2nd January 2025.
Orders can still be placed through our website with these being fulfilled on 2nd January onwards, alternatively orders can also be placed via our orders email orders@nichesolutionsgb.co.uk
