ANS is a formulated blend of sulphuric and hydrochloric acid, used to adjust alkalinity and to increase desirable ions. Reduces the alkalinity levels of brewing liquor while adding desirable chloride and sulphate ions in suitable proportions. By stimulating maximum enzyme activity in the wort this enables optimum pH levels throughout the whole brewing process.
Antifoam is a silicone based emulsion for use in the brewing industry where a quick knock down of foam is required. It can be used in the kettle, fermenter or in CIP sets. Its processing aid status is because of its feature of being completely removed from beer by normal processing.

Beerzym Rapid, ALDC (Alpha Acetolactate Decarboxylase), is an enzyme that reduces maturation times, increase production capacity, increase efficiencies and overall beer quality. ALDC causes the direct decarboxylation of alpha acetolac-tate to acetoin, thus avoiding the production of Diacetyl.
Brausol is a vegetarian and vegan friendly alternative to isinglass. A highly concentrated silica sol solution that will provide high levels of clarity. Brausol also has a long-extended shelf life past isinglass.
Brewtan B is a food grade hydrolysable tannic acid specially purified for brewing applications. This grade is specifically designed for early stage stabilisation of beer during mashing-in or boiling. Best used for flavour stability, better brewhouse yields and higher extraction quality.
