Eliminates production of Diacetyl during fermentation and hop creep which can be a problem when dry hopping. Effective at low dosage of only 1g per hl.
Glucoamylase with pullulunase to increase the fermentability of wort. Great for hitting the attenuation on high gravity beers or making a low calorie beer.
A blend of B glucanases, improves filterability, eliminates B glucan haze. Very useful for high adjunct worts.
