SteraKlenze is now available from NicheSolutions. It’s a non-corrosive detergent which is proving very popular with customers who use canning machines, where aluminium and other soft metal parts don’t allow the use of regular caustic and acid detergents/disinfectants.
We’ve sold a lot of the product to companies that offer a portable canning service, and there’s big demand from Europe where canning machines are more popular among mid-size breweries. We recently shipped 1,000Kg to Portugal alone!
SteraKlenze powder is a buffered alkaline detergent that is safe on skin and soft metals. It uses active oxygen to penetrate carbon or protein soils and is not affected by hard water. Formulated as a C.I.P. cleaner, it’s very effective in removing protein soils found on brew kettles, fermenters, conditioning tanks, filters and all packaging areas – and is also an excellent soak detergent as it doesn’t require excessive heat.

Delivery Changes
Update to Our Delivery Charges
We’d like to inform our customers of an upcoming update to our delivery terms, effective 5th January 2026.
Due to continued increases in transport and logistics costs, we have reviewed our delivery structure to ensure we can maintain a reliable and efficient service while continuing to offer value wherever possible.
Updates:
Free delivery will now apply to orders over £450 (excl. VAT)
Standard delivery will be made within 3 working days
Next working day delivery will be available at a cost of £75 (excl. VAT)
AM delivery, when requested, will incur a fee of £50 (excl. VAT) per order
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands are price upon application
These changes allow us to continue working with trusted carriers and maintain the level of service and reliability you expect from us.

Niche Solutions GB Christmas Shutdown 2025
As from 12pm Friday 22nd December our offices and factory will be closed for our annual Christmas and New Year Shutdown, this shutdown will continue until 2nd January 2025.
