Maltodextrin is a unfermentable sugar that can improve the mouth feel of the beer and increase head retention without compromising the character and flavour of the product.

A non fermentable sweetener which is used in finished beer to give it more body and a fuller mouth feel. Traditionally used in stouts, sour and dark beers, and IPAs.
