Join us as we sail through the Mediterranean visiting breweries, meeting brewers and drinking great beer.
Today we have sailed into Trappani on the western coast of Sicily, and are here to meet the team from Birrifico Baroni Birra.
The hospitable Joanni, Andrea and Luigi have been brewing together for around 10 years, moving into their brewery in Dattilo in 2020.
The boys proudly tell us how they recently won the award for best brewery in Italian Food Awards in Milan – and rest assured the beers they brew are truly worthy of national and international recognition.
They specialise in English style beers – blonde ale, bitter ale, IPA with orange zest, and many more. Check out the sweet Segenta honey ale. And the terrific Salina ale, made with sea salt, rye malt and Nottingham yeast. Worth travelling to Sicily for.

Niche Solutions GB Easter Break
As from 5pm Thursday 28th March our offices and factory will be closed for our annual Easter Break, this break will continue through to Tuesday 2nd April.
