Designed for rapid fermentation, it produces controlled orange and citrus ester character while maintaining reliable performance, giving brewers and distillers greater flexibility and room for experimentation.

Suitable for a wide range of styles including Pale Ales, IPAs, NEIPAs, Stouts, Porters, Brown Ales, and Imperial Stouts, Voss Kveik performs best between 30 to 40°C and offers alcohol tolerance of up to 14% ABV.
