Producing very low ester character and a neutral aroma profile, it allows hop character to shine, especially in dry-hopped beers where aroma and flavour can take centre stage. With dependable fermentation performance and broad style compatibility, it’s a versatile choice for both classic and modern ales.
Suitable for Brown Ales, Red Ales, Pale Ales, Imperial Stouts, and West Coast IPAs. Ferments best between 18–22°C with an alcohol tolerance of up to 13% ABV.
