Sulphuric Acid is a food grade 25% sulphuric acid solution. Used to adjust alkalinity and to increase desirable sulphate ions.

Antioxin SB is a powerful antioxidant that minimises or completely eliminates oxygen from beer, including bottleneck oxygen. Thanks to the optimised formula of its main active ingredients, Antioxin SB ensures the elimination of oxygen while protecting beer from oxidation. The distinguishing organoleptic properties of beer are therefore maintained for a period approx. Four times longer than that normally achieved with traditional antioxidant-stabilizing products.

ANS is a formulated blend of sulphuric and hydrochloric acid, used to adjust alkalinity and to increase desirable ions. Reduces the alkalinity levels of brewing liquor while adding desirable chloride and sulphate ions in suitable proportions. By stimulating maximum enzyme activity in the wort this enables optimum pH levels throughout the whole brewing process.
