Voss Kveik is a traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast renowned for its exceptional thermotolerance and ability to ferment at temperatures up to 40°C. Designed for rapid fermentation, it produces controlled orange and citrus ester character while maintaining reliable performance, giving brewers and distillers greater flexibility and room for experimentation.

Suitable for a wide range of styles including Pale Ales, IPAs, NEIPAs, Stouts, Porters, Brown Ales, and Imperial Stouts, Voss Kveik performs best between 30 to 40°C and offers alcohol tolerance of up to 14% ABV.

Perfect for brewing Hefeweizen styles, Banana Split performs best between 19 to 24°C and offers alcohol tolerance of up to 12% ABV.
