Lactic Acid is a ready to use 80% lactic acid solution for reducing the alkalinity of the brewing liquor

A non fermentable sweetener which is used in finished beer to give it more body and a fuller mouth feel. Traditionally used in stouts, sour and dark beers, and IPAs.

Born from a West Coast brewery, LAX Yeast has become a go-to strain for brewers seeking clean fermentation and reliable results. Producing very low ester character and a neutral aroma profile, it allows hop character to shine, especially in dry-hopped beers where aroma and flavour can take centre stage. With dependable fermentation performance and broad style compatibility, it’s a versatile choice for both classic and modern ales.

Suitable for Brown Ales, Red Ales, Pale Ales, Imperial Stouts, and West Coast IPAs. Ferments best between 18–22°C with an alcohol tolerance of up to 13% ABV.
