Perfect for brewing Hefeweizen styles, Banana Split performs best between 19 to 24°C and offers alcohol tolerance of up to 12% ABV.

Lovely Bubbly is a champagne yeast selected for its exceptionally clean fermentation profile and minimal sulphur production. Its neutral character allows the natural qualities of the grapes to take centre stage, making it an excellent choice for sparkling wines, champagne style products, and other fermentations where a clean finish is desired.

Ideal for champagne and sparkling wine production, Lovely Bubbly performs across a broad temperature range of 12 to 30°C and offers alcohol tolerance of up to 17% ABV.
